One of the things I admire most about millennials is they celebrate individualism, and their singularity is encouraged. To be different is to be cool as opposed to weird.

Day Twenty Nine: Celebrate
Penultimate day, eek! It’s a simple one today, it’s time to celebrate your uniqueness. Because your individuality is awesome and needs to be celebrated.
Write or think of 3-5 things that make you YOU and that you will celebrate today. Here are mine:
- I love my dog more than words can explain, like I am obsessed with her and would spend all day with her if possible!
- I have no fear when it comes to changing jobs or starting a new job since leaving teaching. Nothing can feel worse than the stress and anxiety I felt back then.
- I am really weird sometimes – my husband gets the brunt of this – I sing weird songs at him and even made up a musical which I wrote out on my phone and then ran him through it.
- I am incredibly loyal to people that I love/like, and would do anything for those people if they needed me to.
Let me know how you get on with this task – it’s not the easiest to focus on celebrating yourself, but dig deep and ask someone close to you for their thoughts if you’re struggling.
Next, finally, we love.
