Day Four: Observe
Yesterday, you appreciated your own personality. If only this was something we could do all the time. Generally, people with low self-esteem observe themselves as a harsh critic, believing themselves to be be bad people. Today, I urge you to observe yourself more positively – notice the good, rather than the bad.
Observe yourself with kindness, build this into your daily routine. Please think about or write down at least one good thing you have done recently.
My good thing:
I made a real effort for one of my close friends at the weekend. I won’t go into the details but I know she really appreciated it and it made a real difference.
