I finally realized that being grateful to my body was key to giving more love to myself.
Day Two: Thank
Today you might not be able to LOVE your body, but can we all be grateful for what our body does for us, how it works to serve us every second of every day. Our bodies are temples, and we need to start treating them with the love and respect they deserve.
The task for today is to think or write three things you can thank your body for, whether that’s a functional or aesthetic thing.
Here are mine:
- Thanks for being strong during that painful half-marathon training I put you through
- Thanks for the fast metabolism despite all the chocolate and cake I eat (please last forever)
- Thanks for the shapely bum
