Boost of the Day #145: Power of exercise

“I tell myself- ‘This is my time. This is my time to get out all the anger, anxiety, grief, sadness, extra energy that I have and no one can take this time from me.’ Suddenly going to the gym is more a privilege than a chore.”

It doesn’t have to be the gym. There are so many things you can do to get your heart pumping – power walking, yoga, climbing, jogging, football, netball, cycling, home workouts. There is bound to be something you enjoy.

Anxiety, self-esteem and depression can all be helped massively by exercising. If you don’t believe me, try it!
