There will be days when you feel down and days when you will feel in a great mood.
If you’re feeling down, listen to what you need to bring you back up again. Maybe it’s a restful evening, a chat with a good friend or exercise.
If you’re feeling great, use that loving energy to do something good for those around you, those that may be feeling down.
Hopefully when they’re back up, they can do the same for you 🙂
