Your mind has such a huge effect on your self-esteem. Therefore it is important to know how to calm your mind when negative thoughts and beliefs come up.
Your task today is decide what calms you down when you’re feeling stressed and unsure about yourself. For the Mother of Dragons Emilia Clarke, it’s the countryside. I find fresh air, slow running, yoga, laughter and cuddling my dog all help calm my mind.
