Bad days will unfortunately happen – c’est la vie. However, it’s important to look for the positive in a day, otherwise you will end up wallowing in misery and making yourself feel worse.
As well as always looking for positives in a day, you must also always look for positives within yourself, no matter how down you feel. If you look in the mirror and focus on the ‘bad hair day’ you are having or a skin breakout, you are bound to lower your self-esteem. Try to look in the mirror and focus your attention on something else that you don’t have a problem with – could be your eyes, eyebrows, lipstick, nails…anything positive!
In short, the message today is to try your very best (I know it’s hard!) to focus on the positives of the day and yourself.
