It’s all too easy to compare yourself to others, believe others are better than you and in turn, dent your self-esteem. Instead, we must learn to admire people whilst at the same time appreciating our own strengths and uniqueness.
Everyone is different, and that friend of yours may have a fit body and perfectly styled hair, but that friend may well look at you and note your optimism and great smile.
Rather than both ending up feeling miserable that the other one has something you think you are lacking, why not appreciate the other’s qualities, and your own!
