Don’t just dare to dream, plan to achieve your goals. Goals boost our wellbeing as they give us something to jump out of bed for in the morning, something which has meaning to us and something to work towards.

You don’t need to come up with a crazily long 12 step plan, just think of a step to take for now. If your dream is to climb a mountain, look into the costs and think of how you might save the money. If you want to become CEO of a company, ask your boss what steps you can take to reach your next promotion.
