Boost of the Day #52: Cheer yourself up the good way

A great way to boost your self esteem when you’re feeling low is to focus your energy on cheering someone else up. Someone who deserves your love and efforts mind, not someone who has made you feel unhappy.

A lovely friend got in touch with me recently and told me how much she liked my blog and that it had helped her. That really made my day and I’m sure, as a result, I hope she felt better about herself too.

My aim with this blog is to make those with low self-esteem feel happier, and it cheers me up to think I am making a different to at least one person.

So make someone else feel better today. As a happy bonus, it might make you have a better opinion of yourself.
