31 Days of Wellbeing: Day 26

Day 26 of 31 Days of Wellbeing

I personally love today’s activity and think it can be a great boost to your wellbeing. Plus, it is very simple and takes minimal effort and money. Before your mind gets carried away here, let me reveal all…

“What i like about photographs is that they capture a moment that_s gone forever, impossible to reproduce.” ― Karl Lagerfeld

Time to look at some photos, and I mean the happy ones. I know some memories are painful to remember, so make sure to focus on the photos which help you to remember happy, joyful moments. It might be a particular holiday album, an Instagram collection of selfies with your University mates or just flicking through some old photos on Facebook. If we can look back and remember times when we felt positive and happy, I think this helps us to believe those feelings are possible again.

To go a step further, select some of your favourite, happy photos and send a few to be printed (this is so cheap nowadays). Choose a wall in your home and put these wonderful, positive memories up in front of you so they can give you a daily boost!

I thought I should share a few of my favourites… 🙂
