Hi all,
I have previously been writing on two different blogs – this one and Boost Health. I thought it would be best to split into the physical and mental wellbeing sides to increasing your self-esteem. However, I have decided now just to stick with the one site, as both physical and mental wellbeing are so interrelated and equally as vital to our general health.
