Day Twenty-nine: Another thing you like about yourself.
I don’t tend to give up. For example, when I want to work for a particular company, I will keep trying even if I am rejected a few times. When I encounter physical problems when training for a half marathon, I adjust my schedule and keep trying.
Now is when I can start to see the benefits of doing a challenge like this. Coming off medication is hard, much harder than expected to be honest. Everything feels very up and down. However, I now remember that I will not give up. That’s not me. Doing this challenge today has reminded me of this…
