There are certain exercises that I incorporate into a gym session, a quick workout at home, or that feature in a class I’ve taken which generate real results and are worth including in your routine.
Every week, I will post a new exercise of the week on my sister site Boost Health which I feel particularly works well and will give results. I will also give options of standard, advanced and tough versions of the exercise.
Results include toned muscles, better posture and/or a big smile 😉
