One of the best ways to boost self-esteem is to set yourself a goal and work towards achieving it. Depending on the goal, you might reach it in 1 day, 1 month or even 5 years, this doesn't matter. You will prove to yourself that you can achieve something on your own and that feeling will … Continue reading Let’s get physical!

Boost of the day #4
For all you Breaking Bad fans out there, you'll recognise these words! Walter White may not be the most pleasant character, but he spoke some wisdom here. Stand your ground! YOU are good enough
Morning from sunny England (finally!), During my daily read of blogs on self-esteem, I came across one which I completely related to so I thought I should share. There’s a lot of wonderful time to be spent discovering yourself without hoping someone will fall in love with you along the way, and it doesn’t need to be painful or empty. You need to fill yourself up with love. Not anyone else. Become a whole being on your own. Go on adventures, sit in a coffee shop on your own, dress up for yourself, give to others, smile a lot. Live for yourself and be happy on your own. It isn’t any less beautiful, I promise. — Emery Allen
