Day Seven: When do you feel best about yourself?  Why?

I feel best about myself after exercising – whether it’s yoga, a boot camp or a half marathon. On top of all the endorphins, I feel like I have achieved something and that I am strong. When I had time off work, this was a massively help in getting me out the house and feeling better again. I couldn’t imagine a life without exercise!
